China Plans Blacklist of US Technology Firms in Retaliation to Trade War https://beebom.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/china-blacklist-us-companies.jpg

The US-China trade war is heating up, and now China is creating a blacklist of US firms, and even individuals. The move was announced by the Chinese government on Friday, and the country said that the list would contain foreign companies, individuals, and organizations that “do not follow market rules, violate the spirit of contracts, blockade and stop supplying Chinese companies for noncommercial reasons, and seriously damage the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese companies.”

So far, China hasn’t announced which companies and/or individuals will be on the list, and has said that specific measures will be announced in the near future.

The move is not entirely suprising, considering the mounting pressure the US has been putting on Chinese technology giant Huawei. Almost two weeks ago, US President Donald Trump placed Huawei on the “entity list” effectively banning the company from conducting business with US companies. The move resulted in serious repercussions for Huawei as US companies ceased business dealings with Huawei in compliance with Trump’s order.

China’s announcement can be seen as a strike back at the US, and if Beijing decides to move forward with its planned ‘unreliable entities list’, US companies will suffer; and China has ample targets for its list: Google and Microsoft, both have R&D operations in the country, and Apple’s devices are assembled in Chinese factories.

Speaking about China’s blacklist of companies, Gao Feng, the Commerce Ministry’s spokesperson, said that the list will be aimed at companies that block supplies, and “take other discriminatory measures.” He further added that an entity will be added to the list when it’s activity “not only damages the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises, and endangers China’s national security and interests, but also threatens the global industrial chain and supply chain security.”

It becomes a hell lot easier to stream and organize content from a Build rather than setting up Kodi from scratch. In this article, I have sorted 12 best Kodi Builds which lets you discover a new world of Kodi without any hassle.

Note: Many of the Kodi Builds host and stream copyrighted content. Streaming protected content is illegal and amounts to piracy. We do not encourage online piracy in any way or form.

Best Kodi Builds You Should Use in 2019

Before we get to our list of the best Kodi Builds which you can install on top of Kodi, we should learn a little bit about them. If you already know about Kodi builds, you can directly skip to the list below.  As you must know, Builds are basically customized Kodi setup with preferred content, add-ons, and services.

In case, you don’t know how to install Kodi Builds, then follow the same process as you do for installing Kodi add-ons. Click on “Install from ZIP” menu and select the ZIP file. Further, open the installed repo and click on “Program Add-ons”. Here, you will find the Wizard setup. Click on it and follow the on-screen instructions. The particular Build will be downloaded and installed in a few minutes. Now having said that, let’s get to the best Kodi Builds.

List of the Best Kodi Builds

1. Reaper Kodi Build

Reaper is currently the favorite build among the Kodi users on Reddit. It’s pretty clean, doesn’t have unnecessary add-ons and the repository is consistently updated. Generally, users don’t prefer Kodi builds because maintainers stop updating it after some time. However, Reaper is pretty active right now and it’s regularly cleaned from outdated add-ons and broken features. In terms of appearance, it looks quite similar to the official build of Kodi because it uses the same Estuary skin of Kodi. The UI is consistent with its own set of features and few settings are removed to improve the performance.

1. Reaper Kodi Build

The best part is that it comes pre-loaded with all the popular add-ons like Seren, 13Clowns, Gaia, etc. Other than that, few important services like OpenInfo, Trakt, Premiumizer, and Real Debrid are integrated into the build. As we can see it has everything a power user would need in Kodi to get started with. If you want no-nonsense experience on Kodi with great performance, then Reaper is strongly recommended.

2. Titanium

Titanium has been one of the most popular builds on Kodi since a very long time. It has gone through many phases of active development and deprecation. However, at present, it’s working pretty good with lots of add-on support. Visually, it’s one of the best looking Kodi build I have seen other than the default one. There are fancy animations and personalized banners which I don’t like much but still, the overall user interface is quite clean and cohesive. The custom menu is right there and you can personalize it to your liking as well.

2. Titanium

Coming to the add-ons, it has all the best add-ons you can think of, Yoda, Supremacy, Maverick TV, Exodus Redux, Gaia, you name it. So in terms of content, it’s going to overwhelm you. And talking about the services, you have inbuilt Trakt integration, Real Debrid, Premiumizer, etc. There is also a weather widget on the home screen which I liked a lot. All in all, Titanium is the build to install without any second thoughts.

3. Xanax Kodi Build

If you are a long time Kodi user, you might remember the Durex build which was hugely popular at one point of time. However, now it’s deprecated and no longer in development. To take things forward, Team Dork started forking Durex and have brought Xanax to the table. It has the same user interface of Durex with all the required services and add-ons. The performance is pretty good at present and it will only get better with time as the development has just kick-started. Talking about the size of content, well you have an enormous library of movies, music, TV shows, sports, etc.

3. Xanax Kodi Build

Also, the scrappers are quite optimized and bring tons of information like available servers, banners, synopsis, etc within seconds. Since it’s based on Durex, the quality of video streaming is really good and you would be hard pressed to find anything like this in other builds. To put it simply, if you were a long time Durex user, install Xanax and enjoy the content on Kodi like nothing changed.

4. Diggz Xenon Kodi Build

Diggz Xenon is a highly feature-packed build which is based on legions of superheroes. It looks futuristic in every sense of the word. The visuals and animations are nicely done and gives a feeling of impending war in a superhero movie. The size of the build is around 600 MB so you can guess it’s a heavily skinned build and has many features under the hood. The Xenon build has a large repository of movies, TV shows, add-ons which are hosted on its own server. This helps in streaming content without jumping through hoops or buffering issue. It also includes the popular add-on like Seren, TV-Addons, Exodus, Yoda, etc.

4. Diggz Xenon Kodi Build

I found the volume of content overwhelming and you would never be short of any content you are looking for. Having said all of that, the best part is its performance. Xenon build has made many ground level changes to achieve this level of performance despite the huge build size. Nonetheless, you will thoroughly enjoy this build because it has everything from performance to visuals and of course, content. If you enjoy superhero content, this is the one of the best Kodi builds that you can install.

5. No Limits Magic Kodi Build

No Limits Magic is quite a popular Kodi build because of limitless content available under its various repos. It has as many as 15 different categories of repositories from where you can choose different kinds of content. Also, there is deep integration with URL Resolver service which fixes streaming issues with broken links. In terms of appearance, it’s starkly different from the official Kodi skin. The build is primarily for movie and series lovers, so the skin is also developed around that theme. You have movie banners as menu and it revolves around with each selection. It’s pretty fancy and looks nothing like a Kodi. If you are bored of Kodi’s default look, I think you are going to love it. It is probably one of the best Kodi builds when it comes to content and looks.

5. No Limits Magic Kodi Build

To talk about the add-ons, it comes with popular add-ons like Exodus, Supremacy, YouTube, etc. And you also get multiple repositories to choose add-ons from. One interesting thing about this build is that you can install Android APKs on Kodi from the Aptoide app store. That’s kind of new and interesting. Anyway, I would say, No limits Magic has a fairly good amount of content and features, but the appearance is its distinct feature.

6. BK Nox Kodi Build

Of late, BK Nox is gaining lots of new users because of its slick user interface and collection of movies and TV Shows. The UI is similar to Titanium and the performance is quite good. Despite the build is heavy with 300 MB of size, it’s quite fast and works without any lag. There are several other services integrated as well to facilitate a better movie watching experience. For example, you have Real Debrid, Tempest, Premiumizer placed right into the home menu. What sets BK Nox part from other builds is that it has a separate section of Sports.

6. BK Nox Kodi Build

This section includes many sub-categories like live sports, baseball, archived footage of sports games, and more. Simply put, if you are a sports lover, you are absolutely going to love this build. Apart from the looks, it has got all the basic as well as advanced features that you have on default Kodi build. So go ahead and test out BK Nox build. 7. Red Wizard Kodi Build

Red Wizard is a new build in the town and it’s already making waves among the Kodi community. The Red Wizard build is offered by One Alliance Reborn team and they are doing an exceptionally good job of maintaining it. To start with the appearance, it has the usual bottom-menu with expandable settings and sub-menus. There are movies, TV Shows, Live TV, Sports, everything placed right on the home page for quick access. Other than that, you can connect various services too by going through the Wizard menu. Further, you have plenty of content available without needing any third-party add-ons.

7. Red Wizard Kodi Build

However, few popular ones like Yoda and Exodus are included, in case you need more content. There is also native support for Android APKs so that’s great. Looking at the home page, you would find that Red Wizard is a content-focused build. On the default Kodi build, you have to jump through multiple menus and sub-menus to find the content of your choice, but that’s not the case here. All in all, I love the fact that Red Wizard exists with its clean interface and an enormous library of content. You should give it a shot.

8. Tomb Raider Kodi Build

Tomb Raider is another Kodi build with user-friendly UI and a wide range of content. If you are from the UK, this build is great for you as there are lots of UK based content. In terms of appearance, it looks pretty similar to Red Wizard as it’s forked from the same Titanium base. The performance is fairly good with smooth animations and instant playback. You get a ton of options in movies section, TV series, Live TV, Sports, etc. There is also a free TV section which lets you play Live TV without IPTV subscription. The user interface is slightly skinned but doesn’t hinder the performance as such.

8. Tomb Raider Kodi Build

There is nothing distinct about Tomb Raider apart from it’s maintained on a regular basis and that’s a great thing. You will always have updated add-ons and services without requiring to update it through third-party repositories. So far, it’s a promising build and I found the volume of content to be sufficient. And in case you want more, you can always use add-ons like Exodus, Maverick TV which comes pre-installed with this build. To conclude, if you are from the UK and want a solid alternative to the default Kodi build, then definitely try out Tomb Raider. It will not disappoint you.

9. Maverick Kodi Build

We all love the Maverick TV repository, so here we have a separate Maverick build itself. It allows you to enjoy Maverick TV in its entirety without any buffering or streaming errors. Since the build is maintained by the same team, it has all the content of Maverick TV and you can play content without going through third-party scrappers and service providers. Basically, instant playback when you select a movie or show of your choice. What I love about Maverick is that all the important menus are right there on the home screen. Unlike the default Kodi build where I had to navigate through a lot of folders to reach the repository, here all the content are on my fingertips.

9. Maverick Kodi Build

Also, Maverick is quite small in size in comparison to other builds. It’s just around 160 MB with necessary add-ons and some skin changes. If you want a build just for content and with good performance, there is nothing that matches Maverick build. You can play everything and anything without any fuss. So if you loved Maverick TV repo, it’s time to install the build itself to have endless entertainment.

Misfit Mods Lite is making quite a buzz among Kodi users for some time. It has got a pretty lightweight skin and works smoothly without any hiccup. Also, the build size is just 150 MB so that helps in improving the performance. The other distinct feature of this build is that you don’t need to set up each and every service after the installation. Most of the important features like Trakt, Real Debrid, Open Subtitles are already configured and you just need to log in to your individual accounts. Talking about the UI, it’s simple and the menus are on the bottom for quick access.

10. Misfit Mods Lite Kodi Build

You also have a file manager under the settings tab where you can install ZIP files and other add-ons. Coming to the content, it has the usual library of movies, TV shows, sports, and a separate Kids section. The library is fairly good and covers a wide range of content. All in all, it’s a superb build for Kodi which performs nearly as good as the default Kodi build. If you are looking for a change in appearance, but still want the performance of Kodi, then Misfit Mods Lite is the one to get.

11. Insomniacs Black and Gold Kodi Build

The Insomniac team has created a lot of builds for Kodi, but Black and Gold is the most popular one because of its appearance and a huge library of content. Users choose builds to have a complete package and Insomniacs Black and Gold does exactly that. You have some sleek animations and custom menus on the bottom. The overall performance is also on par with the default Kodi skin. There is Trakt integration which keeps a tab on your progress while watching movies and shows. These features are available on the default Kodi build as well, but those are not enabled out of the box.

11. Insomniacs Black and Gold Kodi Build

However, in this build, you get everything pre-configured. Just log in to your Trakt and Real Debrid account and everything will fall into its place. Besides that, you also get popular add-ons like Tempest, Supremacy, Yoda and Monster Munch. Monster Munch is a really great add-on for watching movies and it’s great to have it under this build. If you want endless content and visually appealing skin for your Kodi then Insomniacs Black and Gold build is for you.

12. One Nation Nebula Kodi Build

One Nation Nebula build looks weird for sure, but let me tell you it has all the goodies you would need for endless entertainment. The user interface is pretty simple with the menu bar present at the bottom of the home screen. A few important menus like “Install from repository” and “Subtitles” are directly accessible from the home screen, which I found really helpful. Other than that, it comes with various kind of add-ons and repositories.

12. One Nation Nebula Kodi Build

To name a few, it has Seren, Maverick TV, DxCx’s anime repo, BBC iPlayer, etc. Further, you don’t need to connect your real-debrid account as it supports Openload servers natively. After the installation, I found the performance pretty smooth with no lag or buffering issue. To conclude, One Nation Nebula is good enough build for regular use and there is plenty of content to explore. If you are bored with the routine Kodi interface, you can give this build a shot.

Galaxy Note 10 Won’t Have Physical Buttons: Report https://beebom.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/note-10-no-physical-buttons.jpg

note 10 no physical buttons

Samsung is likely to skip the standard 3.5-mm headphone jack and even physical keys for functions like volume and power on its upcoming Galaxy Note 10.

“The Note 10 will have no 3.5mm connector, and exterior buttons (power, volume, Bixby) will be replaced by capacitive or pressure-sensitive areas, likely highlighted by some kind of raised ‘bump’ and/or texture along the edge (i.e. a faux button),” the Android Authority reported late on Thursday.

Removing the headphone jack would almost certainly result in criticism from some of those fans who have long held that Samsung’s steadfast adherence to the 3.5-mm jack is one of their big reasons for sticking with the smartphone player.

“But in 2019, Samsung virtually stands alone in the high-end phone space in this regard. Google, OnePlus, Huawei and Apple have all abandoned the headphone jack on their premium devices. Even many budget phone-makers have started to purge it,” the report added.

Moreover, removing the headphone jack might help Samsung reduce the design complexity of the phone, and improve ingress protection on the phone. The report also mentions that removing the buttons would lead to an indirect benefit as well — the button cutouts in a smartphone’s frame are usually structurally the weakest points in a phone’s body, and removing them might help Samsung build a thinner phone without compromising on structural integrity.

Delhi BJP Website Hacked, Shows Beef Dishes https://beebom.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/delhi-bjp-hacked.jpg

The website of BJP’s Delhi arm was hacked on Thursday as Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his appointed cabinet ministers attended their swearing in ceremony and took oaths. The hacker replaced the words BJP with Beef, and posted recipes for various beef dishes on the website in a separate tab that read ‘Beef Dishes.’

Under the tab, were the names of dishes like Beef Fry, Beef Dry Fry, Beef Curry, and more which led to their individual pages with complete recipes and images of the dishes.

The hacker also posted the message ‘Hacked by SHADOW_V1P3R’ on the website. The BJP’s main website was hacked earlier this year in March as well, after which it was taken down by the BJP’s IT cell while they tried to fix the website. It was later brought back up online, but only displayed a static page.

Post yesterday’s hack, French security researcher Elliot Alderson also tweeted to the BJP informing them that their website was hacked. BJP has since restored the website back to its original state.

10 Best iPhone Camera Apps You Should Use in 2019 https://beebom.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/10-Best-iPhone-Camera-Apps-You-Should-Use-in-2019.jpg

10 Best iPhone Camera Apps You Should Use in 2019

Smartphone cameras, especially iPhones, have gotten a lot better over time. More specifically, the photos captured by the new iPhones like the iPhone XS and the iPhone XS Max are sometimes just as good as some of the best point-and-shoots. But if there’s one thing which we wish was better, then it’s got to be the iPhone camera app. The stock camera app that ships with all the iPhones and iPads, is very basic. It lacks even some basic features like the ability to let you change focus, exposure, etc. Well, if you are looking for some of the best iPhone camera apps then you’ve come to the right place. In this article, we’ll be talking about some of the 10 best iPhone camera apps that will give you more fine-grained controls to capture the perfect shot.

Best iPhone Camera Apps You Should Try in 2019

1. Halide

Halide is one our favorite third-party camera apps. In fact, a lot of iPhones users here at Beebom use it as our primary camera app. It’s one of those apps that ticks a lot of boxes. It offers manual controls, has a simple and easy-to-use interface, and a whole lot more. It also lets you do things like focus peaking, capture RAW images, capture depth info, etc.Halide is a well-designed app. Right from the typography to the yellow accents used to highlight the options, everything looks very elegant. It also a black background, that might remind you of the design of, say, a Leica camera. It also takes full advantage of the ‘notch’ area on the newer iPhones to show things like histogram and exposure compensation.

Halide

If you are an iPhone XR user, then you can use Halide to capture the depth info of a photo and use it to adjust depth-of-field in not just portrait shots, but any picture of your choice. Overall, Halide is a great third-party camera app, both for beginners and professional photographers alike. It’s priced at $5.99, which is reasonable considering the fact that it includes all the features with no in-app purchases. For me this is one of the best if not the best iPhone camera apps that you can use right now.

Download Halide ($5.99)

2. 645 Pro Mk III

If you use DSLR cameras, then this app will make you feel right at home with your iPhone camera. The app comes with a DSLR-like interface, with all the knobs and switches you’re used to. You can use multiple camera modes, such as auto, manual, portrait, etc. The app will also let you manually control the ISO values, and the shutter speed, so you can take photos exactly the way you want.

645 MK III

There are a number of filters, image ratios, and lens effects available that you can use to get the perfect shot, every time. The app also brings a plethora of custom settings that you can adjust to meet your needs. Things like Autofocus, White-balance, and exposure, can all be adjusted, and locked if you want. Also, the viewfinder in the app displays a ton of information about the image you’ll be clicking, including the current ISO value, and shutter speed. You can toggle this information from being displayed, as well.

Overall, the app is definitely a very powerful camera app for the iPhone, and it will help you take some really great photos on your iPhone, if you know your way around a DSLR camera. As far as iPhone camera apps go, this one is right at the top.

Download 645 Pro Mk III ($3.99)

3. ProCam 6

If you are a technical enthusiast and know your way around professional cameras or Pro mode, then you might want to try ProCam 6. It’s an excellent choice for a more advanced photography enthusiast. It has over seven shooting modes including Night mode, Burst mode, Slow Shutter, 3D photos and more. It also offers photo shutter release options like self-timer, anti-shake, interval, etc.

ProCam 6

ProCam 6 also lets you shoot videos at up to 4K resolution at 48/ 50/ 60 fps (iPhone 8 and later) along with a bunch of manual controls. With ProCam 6, you can capture RAW (DNG) images with ease. It also supports Lossless TIFF file format and offers an intelligent 3-shot HDR.

Being one of the best iPhone camera apps ProCam 6 also includes a photo/ video editor for nondestructive editing with over 50 filters and comprehensive adjustment tools. So if you are looking for a third-party camera app with some great pro camera features, then ProCam 6 is absolutely worth checking out.

4. PureShot

PureShot is another app developed by the developer of 645 Pro Mk III. The app offers a similar DSLR interface. It comes with various settings, such as auto mode, manual mode, selfie mode, and more. You can use the Auto mode if you don’t want to fiddle around with the settings that the app offers. However, manual mode is where you can actually harness the power of the app.

PureShot

Unlike its more powerful counterpart, the 645 Pro Mk III, PureShot is meant solely for no-filter photography on the iPhone. It does not offer any of the multiple filters, and lenses that 645 Pro Mk III does, but it offers a similar, powerful DSLR interface that will allow you tweak almost every setting for your iPhone camera. The PureShot viewfinder displays a ton of information about the picture you’re about to click, including the ISO value, exposure, as well as shutter speed. All these settings are manually controllable, so you can adjust them to your liking. The slow to fast shutter speeds offer limitless possibilities for the types of pictures you can take with the app.

Download PureShot ($2.99)

5. VSCO

VSCO is yet another popular app that’s primarily known for its photo editing tools and filters. However, it’s also one of the best free camera apps that you can use with your iPhone as it offers some granular controls like manual focus control, shutter speed, ISO, and more.

VSCO

The VSCO camera itself is fairly simple to use. All the options can be accessed from the bottom of the screen and the adjustments are made using a simple slider. You can use the Shutter Speed slider to control the movements in your photos and create some stunning long exposure shots. You can also play with, say, the white balance to control how warm or cool your photos are.

Once you’ve captured your photos, you can edit them directly in the VSCO app and even share it with the VSCO community or save it to the gallery. Lastly, it’s worth pointing out that you can shoot images in RAW format as well as standard JPEG. Unlike the other apps that we’ve listed so far, VSCO is available for free, so be sure to check it out.

Download VSCO (Free)

6. Adobe Lightroom CC

Adobe Lightroom, for the most part, is a picture editor. However, the built-in camera has some good features. With RAW support having arrived on iPhones, Lightroom can now let you click pictures in RAW format. This means that you have full control over the ISO, exposure, and other settings even after the picture has been taken. So, you get a lot of editing power later on.

Adobe Lightroom CC

The app has a plethora of powerful editing features, to make the most out of the RAW images you take with it. The app allows for local adjustments, which means that you can change the exposure, brightness, and clarity for select regions in the image. Also, the app supports non-destructive editing, so you can play around with your image as much as you want, and easily revert back to the original, if you mess something up.

Download Adobe Lightroom (Free)

7. Camera+ 2

Another one of favorite iPhone camera apps of mine is the Camera+ 2, the updated version of the original Camera+ app, which is  a simple looking camera app that offers some advanced features. In terms of the features, the Camera+ 2 offers pretty much everything that you can expect from VSCO. The manual controls include the ability to change the shutter speed, ISO, white balance, exposure and more.

Camera +2

Additionally, the Camera+ 2 also offers some other shooting features such as Slow Shutter mode, Portrait mode, Macro mode, etc. Having modes like Slow Shutter mode is really handy as it lets you shot long exposure photo easily. Camera+ 2 also lets you control blur strength in portrait photos. This feature works with even works the older iPhones.

Download Camera+ 2 ($2.99)

8. Night Camera For Low Light Photos

Ever since Google introduced the new Night Sight camera mode, taking Night mode photographs are all the rage right now. The iPhones, however, offer no mode for night photography, which is why third-party cameras like Night Camera are gaining popularity.

Night Camera

Night Camera offers a set of manual controls that let you tweak settings like exposure and ISO. You can also see things like luminance, luminosity and RGB histograms in real time that’ll help you get an idea of over and underexposed parts of an image in real time. Other noteworthy features of the app include 6x digital live zoom, landscape and portrait mode, etc.

Download Night Camera (Free)

9. Obscura 2

Obscura 2 is yet another popular camera app for iPhone that offers an extensive set of customization options. The app lets you choose what happens when you single, double or triple-tap the viewfinder. Other options offered by Obscura 2, however, are fairly similar to what you get with apps like Halide. You can shoot RAW images, tweak photos settings like exposure, ISO, etc. in manual mode.

10. ProCamera

ProCamera., as the name suggests, is a third-party app for iPhone that lets you tweak a number of settings and get the perfect picture. The app has intuitive camera controls with which you can precisely control focus and exposure. Talking about ‘Pro Controls’, ProCamera. gives you controls that are similar to an advanced DSLR camera. You can set specific values for exposure time, ISO sensitivity, white balance, and more.

ProCamera.

ProCamera. also lets you capture photos in Pro Mode by blurring the background of an image. This particular feature will work on all iPhones with dual lens. The app also lets you film videos in up to 4K resolution, and the frame rate options range from cinematic 24 fps to 240 fps for slow-mo videos.

In addition to offering pro-level options for capturing photos and videos, the app also lets you edit photos. It offers over 80 custom filters along with settings that’ll let you customize the image as per your needs. Some highlight of the app includes a distraction-free Fullscreen mode, Apple Watch remote control, Gray card calibration, and more.

WWDC 2019: What to Expect from Apple’s Developer Event https://beebom.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/wwdc-2019-what-to-expect.jpg

wwdc 2019 what to expect

Apple’s annual developer event, WWDC (or Dub Dub, as people tend to call it), is scheduled to kick off from June 3, and as always, we’re expecting quite a lot of stuff to be announced at the keynote this year as well. The invites have been sent, and people have looked at them from every angle whatsoever, trying to decipher what they could be hinting at. So, if you’re also wondering what Apple might announce at WWDC this year, here’s what we’re expecting to see.

1. iOS 13

iOS 13 will definitely be shown off at WWDC 2019, with new features, performance improvements, probably a bunch of AR stuff and collaborations with game studios and app developers. We’ve already gotten a look at a rumored dark mode that’s apparently finally coming to iPhones and iPads this year, and Apple should also announce a developer beta for iOS 13 that should go live at the end of the event, or in the coming days, if past WWDC events are any indication.

iOS 12

There are also rumors and reports mentioning that iOS 13 will bring along some iPad-specific features as well, such as an option to display multiple windows on the iPad screen, along with support for having two windows of the same app side-by-side. iPad apps will also reportedly support stackable, moveable cards within apps.

We’re also hoping to see updates to the Files app, which right now, is basically unusable as a file manager. We’re really hoping to see better navigation in the Files app, and some proper file management functionality. There are also reports that iOS 13 will finally bring a less intrusive volume HUD, which would definitely be a welcome change.

macOS 10.15

After macOS Mojave, Apple will definitely be announcing the new version of macOS at the event too. While we’re not sure what the Cupertino giant might name the OS, leaks and rumors suggest a lot of changes and overhauls to Mac apps, and probably (hopefully) more Marzipan apps as well.

Apple might be releasing (or at least showing off) Marzipan versions of its Music, Podcasts, and Books app with macOS 10.15, plus the company will launch a new TV app as well, which should be made available in the fall this year.

There should also be new features in macOS 10.15, including things like support for using an iPad as an external display, window snapping (finally!), Screen Time, and more. There are also reports suggesting that Siri Shortcuts will also make its way to the Mac.

More importantly, 32-bit app support will be removed with macOS 10.15, which means some apps might not work. Here’s hoping developers launch 64-bit versions of those apps soon.

Note: If you’re wondering whether your favorite apps are 32-bit or 64-bit, you can simply launch ‘System Information’, click on ‘Applications’ in the sidebar, and then click on the apps you want to check. It’ll show you whether it’s 64-bit or not.

3. watchOS 6 and tvOS 13

Along with the new updates to iOS and macOS, Apple will also launch new versions of watchOS (watchOS 6) and tvOS (tvOS 13). watchOS 6 is expected to bring quite a lot of interesting new features to the Apple Watch, including a dedicated App Store.

The Apple Watch might also get more watch faces, new complications, and Apple could revamp and improve the built-in health app with better tracking, and probably more features too.

4. Mac Pro

Moving on towards the ‘this might be announced as well’ category, there have been rumors about a new Mac Pro for over a year now, and Apple might finally show it off at WWDC. I wouldn’t really count on it though, because unless Apple’s Mac hardware team is a lot better than its iPhone team at keeping leaks away, a new Mac Pro would’ve leaked spectacularly by now.

We only know that Apple has been working on a modular, refreshed Mac Pro since 2017, with the needs of creative professionals in mind, and apart from that, the Mac Pro is more or less a mythical Apple device that pros have been waiting for, for quite some time.

5. Apple Arcade, New Display, Refreshed iMac

Apple announced Apple arcade a while back, but we might get to hear more details around the service at WWDC 2019. Other than that, the Cupertino giant might take this opportunity to refresh its iMac line-up as well, and there are plenty of rumors going around that the company is working on a pro-grade display offering 6K resolution, which might also be announced at the event.

Still, these are relatively low-probability announcements, so don’t count too much on hardware launches from Apple at WWDC; after all, WWDC 2018 didn’t have any hardware shown off either, and Apple might just stick with that trend.

So what are you most excited to see in WWDC 2019? Let us know in the comments.

7 Best Media Server Apps You Should Use in 2019 https://beebom.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/7-Best-Media-Server-Apps-You-Should-Use-in-2019.jpg

7 Best Media Server Apps You Should Use in 2019

Many believe media server apps are a thing of the past. However, some users heavily rely on their personal media serve to organize and distribute media content that they have collected over the years. Of course, with the advent of Netflix and other cloud-based streaming services, the space for personal media servers have shrunk. But it’s still a viable way to stream shows and movies without traffic congestion and buffering issues. What I like about these new media server apps is that they allow us to access our media from any device and even online when we are not at our home. So here in this article, we are going to list out 7 best media server apps which you can install on your system and access media content from anywhere you want. So without further delay, let’s get started.

Best Media Server Apps You Should Use in 2019

1. Plex

Plex doesn’t need much introduction but if you don’t have any idea about it then here is a quick run through. It’s a powerful media application which organizes all your media content at one place and you can access it from anywhere you want. In a nutshell, it’s a perfect application for users who want to have full control over their collection of music, movies, TV shows, images, etc. It works on a server-client model where you create a server, say on a PC, where all your media content is stored and through a client, say smartphone, where you can access it. And the great part is that while streaming media content, the videos are transcoded in real-time which saves you time and resources. And for this very reason, Plex is the best media server application you can have.

1. PlexThe interface is quite sleek with modern design and excellent user experience. You can add local media as well as web sources on Plex and stream it instantly without any latency or buffering issue. Since every user has their dedicated media server, there is no cross-traffic and as a result, Plex provides great performance. Even on slow internet speed, you would be able to stream your content without any issues. There is both a free and premium version which comes with its own set of features.

Under the free tier, you can access your local content remotely and can listen to radio and podcasts. You can also use the mobile app for Plex but with certain limitations. Under the premium tier, you can watch Live TV and record it as well. There is a separate library of premium music which you can access other than your local ones. All in all, Plex is a complete package for media entertainment and you should use it to understand what the fuss is all about.

Key Features:

  • Complete client-server media application
  • Organize your local media with cloud file syncing
  • Live TV and recording
  • Premium library of music and podcasts
  • Access content anywhere you go
  • Real-time transcoding; supports a wide range of media formats
  • Sleek UI

Platform Availability: Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Linux, Roku, Android TV, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, Xbox, NAS Devices

2. Kodi

Kodi is another media server application which rivals Plex, or you can say that it’s the other way round. It’s a free and open-source software intended to bring seamless experience across different media contents. Similar to Plex, it organizes all your local media content at one place with banners, synopsis, and metadata scrapped from the web. However, unlike Plex, it doesn’t support media streaming over the web. Simply put, you can’t access your media library from anywhere. You have to be in the local device or network to n access the content over SMB, UPnP or FTP protocol.

2. KodiNevertheless, Kodi is quite powerful in its own ecosystem and has great community support across users of various platforms. In fact, it’s wildly popular because of its unique add-on support. Kodi Add-ons are basically small programs similar to an app which can be installed on top of Kodi to bring further functionality. There are thousands of add-ons available on the internet which provide endless content and customization. Besides that, Kodi has native support for file sharing, subtitles, transcoding and a lot more. If you want a local entertainment hub which gathers all your media libraries in one place then there is nothing that can top Kodi. It’s simply the best and with add-on support, there are endless possibilities to explore. And don’t forget it’s completely free and available on all major platforms.

Key Features:

  • Free and open-source media server app
  • Organize your local media at one place
  • Live TV and recording
  • Add-on support
  • Access content locally
  • Powerful transcoder; supports a wide range of media formats

Platform Availability: Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Linux, Raspberry Pi,  Amazon Fire TV, Nvidia Shield, Xbox, and more

3. Emby

If you don’t like Plex for some reason, Emby can be a great alternative. It’s a complete media server application built on the client-server system. It offers server application for multiple platforms which you can install on any device of your choice. You can add your local media content to Emby and it will organize all your files with proper metadata and interesting details. With Emby’s client, you can stream content directly through your media server on any device. Since the device you are using may not support the format of the content, so Emby server converts the file in real-time so that you can play without any delay. Also, there is a unified portal for Emby on the web where you can access all your files by just signing into your Emby account. It’s like a complete repository of Netflix, created by you and only for you. How cool is that?

3. EmbyBesides, there is parental control; UPnP support so that you can easily transfer files across supported devices; Chromecast support for instant casting and of course, cloud-sync so that you can access your content anywhere you go. It also has Live TV and DVR support for recording television shows. Emby has both free and premium plans so you can choose the one which suits the best for you. In tandem, Emby is a great media server application with both front and backend client. As I said before, if you are looking for a Plex alternative, just pick Emby and be done with it.

Key Features:

  • Complete client-server media application
  • Organize local files with cloud file syncing
  • Access content anywhere you go
  • Live TV and recording
  • Real-time transcoding and supports a wide range of media formats
  • Unified portal for web-based access

Platform Availability: Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Linux, Web, Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, NAS Devices

Visit the Website: Free, Emby Premiere starts at $4.99/month

4. Universal Media Player

Universal Media Player is a free media server application based on the fork of PlayStation 3. It uses the UPnP protocol to stream media content with other DLNA compatible devices. Basically, it’s a no-frills media streaming application which can play any kind of video format you throw at it. Once you install the server and provide the media library, you can stream the content on any device using a third-party client. And it performs extremely well either it’s video, music or image. There is also native support for subtitles through multiple subtitle providers. The only downside is that you don’t get cloud sync so you can’t access your library anywhere, but only locally within your network. Further, you don’t get first-party media client and have to rely on third-party applications to access and stream the content.

4. Universal Media Player

Having said that, Universal Media Player is still one of the reliable media servers because of powerful transcoder and active software development. If you want a media server that doesn’t cost a dime and at the same time provides great performance then Universal Media Player deserves your attention.

Key Features:

  • Free Media Server app
  • Supports DLNA compatible devices
  • Access content locally
  • Powerful transcoder and supports a wide range of media formats

Platform Availability: Windows, macOS, Linux, NAS Devices

Visit the Website: Free

5. Serviio

Serviio is a partly-free media server application where you can host your local media library and stream on other locally connected devices. At the outset, it looks pretty good with all the standard features. As it’s based on DLNA/UPnP, it doesn’t have a cloud relaying service so you can’t play your content anywhere you want. Anyway, it has inbuilt support for subtitles and transcoders which reduces the hassle significantly while streaming video contents of any format. Other than that, there is Trakt integration which is quite useful for tracking and syncing your progress of movies and series.

5. Serviio

While most of the service is free, there is a paid version which lets you access your content on the web through a MediaBrowser application. Recently, Serviio added Alexa Skills to its media client so you can control your library using voice commands. That’s kind of a unique feature in this list. All in all, it’s a good alternative to Universal Media Player since the paid version allows you to stream content anywhere you want. So install the Serviio media server and check if its services make sense to you.

Key Features:

  • Free media server app for most services
  • Organize local media content at one place
  • Access content from anywhere (Paid)
  • Trakt Integration and Alexa Skill
  • Pretty good transcoder and can play a wide range of media formats

Platform Availability: Windows, macOS, Linux, NAS Devices

Visit the Website: Free, one-time purchase of $25

6. OSMC

OSMC is a free and open-source media server which looks quite stunning with its modern design. Its features are very similar to Kodi since it’s based on parts of Linux Debian and Kodi itself. You can create a local media server with OSMC and export all your media contents, be it music, video or images. And you can access the content on other devices in your local network through FTP, SMB, or UPnP protocol. There is also an App Store which is quite similar to Kodi’s add-on. Through OSMC’s App Store, you can download and install lots of music and Live TV services.

6. OSMC

It means that besides your local library, you will have access to thousands of movies and music through its cloud library. Further, OSMC has a powerful transcoder which can play most of the video formats without any hiccup. Since the media server is free and open-source, there is no dedicated channel for support. You will have to depend on the community if you encounter any issue. All in all, it’s a great looking media server which packs all the punches. If you don’t like Kodi or its UI, you can go for OSMC. I am pretty sure it won’t disappoint you.

Key Features:

  • Free and open-source media server app
  • Looks stunning with minimal design
  • Organize local media content at one place
  • Stream content locally
  • Live TV and recording
  • Has an App Store
  • Powerful transcoder and supports a wide range of media formats

Platform Availability: Vero, Raspberry Pi, Apple TV

Visit the Website: Free

7. Media Portal

Media Portal is our final media server app on this list. Like most other apps, it’s free and open-source and works great for the most part. Media Portal is intended to bring a cohesive multi-media experience on your PC. You can connect your local library of movies, TV shows, music, pictures, etc and it will scrap all the metadata from the web to make it look visually pleasing and organized. Further, you can watch TV in sync with your local media files and record it too. Basically, you will have a complete media entertainment hub which can be accessed from all your local devices. Also, you can access your media content through the web, but can’t stream it.

7. Media Portal

You will have to download it first and then you can play it. The reason is that it doesn’t have a cloud relay service and can’t transcode media files in real-time. Nevertheless, there are plugins, just like add-ons on Kodi, which can bring tons of new content and added functionality to Media Portal. To conclude, it’s a potential alternative to Kodi, and if you are looking for some change, you can have a look at Media Portal. It’s quite good as a media server and an entertainment hub. You might find it interesting.

Key Features:

  • Free and open-source media server app
  • Organize local media content
  • Live TV and recording
  • Acts as an entertainment hub
  • Access content locally
  • Plugin support
  • Supports a wide range of media formats

Platform Availability: Windows, Android, Web

Google Adds the Mate 20 Pro Back to its Android Q Beta List https://beebom.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mate-20-pro-back-android-q-beta.jpg

The US ban on Huawei has been a wild-ride so far, but things seem to be getting crazier by the day. After earlier revoking Huawei’s Android license, and then removing the Huawei Mate 20 Pro from its official list of devices that can run the Android Q beta, Google seems to have had a change of mind, and has added the Mate 20 Pro back to the list of devices that can run the Android Q beta.

The change is live on the Android Q beta website, and you can go see it for yourself. The Mate 20 Pro joins back the likes of the Essential Phone, the ZenFone 5Z, Nokia 8.1, LG G8, and others.

It’s unclear whether this change is due to the 90 day reprieve that the US gave Huawei on its ban, or whether the Chinese giant and the US have worked out a deal but haven’t made any announcements yet. The latter is slightly unlikely, because a deal like that would be a big win for Huawei, and the company should’ve made an announcement about it. Yesterday, Huawei was also added back to the list of members of the SD Association, and the WiFi Alliance.

The ban on Huawei has so far seen the company lose its Android license, its laptops being dropped from the official Microsoft store, ARM cutting ties with the company and all of its subsidiaries, and a lot more. Even mobile networks started refunding pre-orders for Huawei phones.

The Huawei Ban doesn’t look like it’ll see an end anytime soon, even as Huawei has said that it’ll fight the US ban in court, and will also roll out its proprietary OS in 2019 or 2020.

Chinese Database Leaks 42.5 Million Records from Dating Apps https://beebom.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/chinese-database-leaks-dating-apps.jpg

As many as 42.5 million records of users of different dating apps were found in a single Chinese database that doesnt have a password protection, a security researcher has said.

Jeremiah Fowler on May 25 discovered a non password protected Elastic database that was clearly associated with dating apps based on the names of the folders.

“The IP address is located on a US server and a majority of the users appear to be Americans based on their user IP and geo-locations. I also noticed Chinese text inside the database,” Fowler wrote in Security Discovery on Tuesday.

The security researcher believed the database’s owner was also Chinese.

“Upon further investigation I was able to identify dating apps available online with the same names as those in the database. What really struck me as odd was that despite all of them using the same database, they claim to be developed by separate companies or individuals that do not seem to match up with each other,” Fowler added.

The database, however, did not include financial information.

According to the CyberScoop, Fowler wasn’t implicating the developers behind the apps of doing anything nefarious, the fact that they’d gone to such lengths to conceal their identities was inherently suspicious.

10 Best Paste Alternative Clipboard Managers for Windows in 2019 https://beebom.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/5-Best-Paste-Alternative-Clipboard-Managers-for-Windows-in-2019.jpg

5 Best Paste Alternative Clipboard Managers for Windows in 2019

I like to think that a clipboard is like the ‘Dark Knight’ of features present on our desktops. We don’t acknowledge its presence, but we need it, and use it, all the time. It has become so intrinsic to our usage that we use it without even realizing it. However, the clipboard suffers from its own flaws. The restriction of holding only one copied element at a time makes it an inefficient tool for users handling too many things at once. Third party clipboard managers solve this problem and ‘Paste for Mac’ is probably one of the best one out there. Think of it as a clipboard on steroid.

It allows you to hold an unlimited number of copied elements at once, lets you organize them, and even adds search functionality, so that you can get to your desired clip as soon as possible. But, what if you are a Windows user? While the Paste app is not available on Windows, there are some great alternatives you can use on your PC. In fact, we tested and used all the best clipboard managers we could find and created a list for you. Here are the best Paste alternatives clipboard managers Windows you can use.

Best Paste Alternative Clipboard Managers for Windows in 2019

1. ClipClip

Paste for a Mac has set a standard for clipboard managers which is hard to surpass. Its fluent UI and organisational and search features are top notch. ClipClip is the only Windows clipboard manager which comes close to it. It is the best clipboard manager for Windows you can get today. It strikes the perfect balance between features and usability. After you launch it, it lives in your system tray. Whenever you copy something, whether it be link, text, or an image, it stores the information in the form of clips which are organised chronologically. You can access your saved clips by double-clicking the app icon in the system tray. Here, you can organize your saved clips into folders. You can create new folders, rename them, and drag and drop clips into them.It also allows you to nest a folder inside another folder if you want so. You can even link folders to your ‘Google Drive’ to sync your clips across devices.

What ClipClip really excels at is the way it handles pasting of your clips. If the ClipClip window is open, you can just drag and drop saved clips to paste them anywhere you like. If the window is not open, just hit the keyboard hotkey (user customizable) and a small window will open up. Click on the clip you want to paste and it will paste it at the head of your cursor. Finding a clip is also easy. The inbuilt search function allows you to find the clips in real time using only keywords. For these reasons, ClipClip tops our list. Also, did I tell you that it’s free.

Install: (Free)

2. Ditto

Ditto is a classic example of “too much of a good thing can be bad”. It is one of the oldest and possibly the most popular clipboard managers for Windows. Just like ClipClip, it lives in the system tray and saves all your clips in a chronological order. You can create groups to organize your clips and access them either by clicking on the app icon, or, by hitting a user customizable hotkey. But their similarity ends here. Ditto’s interface looks as old as the app itself. It will surely take you some time to get use to the aesthetics of the app. Apart from aesthetics, my main problem with this app is the layout of its settings menu. It has a myriad of options, which in my opinion require a manual to go through and understand.

DittoThat being said, Ditto is one of the most powerful clipboard managers on Windows. While Paste’s main aim seems to make managing clips easier, Ditto is focused on providing its users with all the clipboard features that they might need. Yes the software has an old interface, yes it is hard to use, and yes it has a learning curve. However, if you are a user who really likes to tweak every aspect of the software you use, go for Ditto as it will bring features that you can’t even think of. You can tweak it to suit your needs and work just the way you want it to.

3. ClipMate

ClipMate is another great clipboard manager for Windows that you should look at. The best part about ClipMate is that just like “Paste” on Mac, it works with every application on Windows that support native clipboard. ClipMate remembers everything that you paste on your clipboard. It can store thousands of clips in multiple formats including text, RTF, HTML, and more. It also makes all your copied clips searchable which makes it easier for you to find them. While ClipMate is powerful and packs a ton of features, there are a few of them which really stand out to me.

1. ClipMate

The first such feature is called “Shortcut” which allows you to access your most used clips quickly. Another such feature is the “PowerPaste” feature which allows you to quickly paste a series of clips one after another. ClipMate retains the formatting of original text and allows you to change the formatting if you want to. Pasting a clip is also very easy. You can either use a customizable keyboard shortcut, double-click on the clip that you want to paste or just drag and drop them in place. Overall, it’s a powerful clipboard manager for Windows and you should check it out.

Install: (Free trial, $34.95)

4. 1Clipboard

At number three comes the best-looking app on the list. Just like others, it lives in the system tray and saves all your copied material as clips. However, unlike Paste it trades heavily on features for its looks. Pasting your clips takes more effort. Once you click on a clip it copies it and then you will have to manually paste it. With Paste, you can just drag and drop or click to paste on the cursor head. Here, you can neither drag and drop to paste nor create a folder to organise your clips. It does let you mark a clip important by using ‘stars’. If you are looking for a good looking clipboard manager for Windows, check out 1Clipboard.

1clip

Install: (Free)

5. CopyQ

CopyQ is an advanced clipboard manager for Windows which brings both clip editing and scripting features. The app can store both text and image clips in multiple formats. The app allows you to quickly browse and filter items in clipboard history. You can also sort, edit, and remove clips as per your needs. Pasting clips is pretty easy. You can either copy the clip that you want to paste or use simple drag and drop tool to paste the desired clips. The app also supports customizable keyboard shortcuts, allowing you to easily paste frequently used clips.

2. CopyQ

That said, one thing missing here is a robust organization. If there is one, the app doesn’t make it easier to find which speaks volumes about its user interface. While the clipboard itself seems pretty clean and offers a readable UI, the rest of the settings are hidden and hard to get to. You can use it as a simple clipboard manager, however, if you are someone who is looking to save thousands of clips, you will miss an organizational structure. The good thing is that it’s an open-source application and is completely free to download and use.

Install: (Free)

6. ClipboardFusion

If you want a clipboard manager to use in an office environment, ClipboardFusion is one of the best Paste alternatives that you can try. The app not only brings all the normal clipboard management features but also allows you to sync your clipboard across devices. Not only the clips can be synced across Windows PC but also across Android and iOS devices, allowing you to access your clips on the go. One good thing about the ClipboardFusion is that if you don’t require cross-device sync and some other advanced features, you can use this software for free.

3. ClipboardFusion

Talking about its features, the app automatically scrubs the text and removes formatting so that you can paste it anywhere without any headache. If you want to use custom formatting for your clips, you can do so by creating your own macros. There are also pre-made macros which you can check out if you don’t know how to make them. You can also set customized triggers to set up different actions. Finally, everything that is saved on your device or synced online is protected using 256-bit encryption so your data is safe.

Install: (Free, pro version starts at $15)

7. Plain Clipboard Manager

Plain Clipboard Manager is a great application for people who want to keep a track of not only the clips but also the source of the clips that they have copied. The app automatically captures the app name and document title when you copy something. If you are copying anything from the web, the URL of that page is also captured along with the text. When you copy an image, they are saved in lossless PNG formats so you don’t lose the quality. The app also features a clean UI and is one of my most favorite looking clipboard managers on this list.

4. Plain Clipboard Manager

My favorite feature of Plain Clipboard Manager is that it allows me to save my clips on cloud storage solutions such as Dropbox and Google Drive allowing me to access them from anywhere. You can even use the app inside a portable USB device so you always carry your clips with you. The app also brings limited text expansion capabilities which allows you to use text shortcuts for longer sentences. The app is free to download and use while a commercial license is necessary for removing start-up ads.

Install: Free, $6.95

8. Native Windows Clipboard Manager

Well, if you are looking for a basic clipboard manager and don’t want to install any third-party app, you will be happy to know that Windows now has its own native clipboard manager which the company introduced back in May 2018. Since macOS doesn’t have any native clipboard manager you have to depend on third-party apps like Paste, however, now Windows users can utilize the built-in clipboard manager.

5. Windows Native Clipboard Manager

The feature is hidden in the Settings and you can access it by going to Settings -> System -> Clipboard, and then enabling the “Save multiple items”. You can also enable the sync feature if you want to sync the progress across devices. Once enabled, it will save all the copied items in a clipboard which you can access using the “Win+V” keyboard shortcut. Do note that the clipboard manager is pretty basic and just lets you view and use past clips. There is no organization or any other pro feature what so ever.

Comes naively in Windows 10

9. Arsclip

Arsclip is the easiest and simplest clipboard manager on our list. Once launched, it saves all your clips. When you hit the keyboard hotkey it will open a small window. Clicking on any clip will paste it at the present cursor head. One neat feature is that colour codes the clip which you paste. This makes it easier to know which clips you have already used. You can also pin a clip at the top. This feature is helpful if you have a clip which you know you are going to use frequently. It also lets you take a screenshot of your desktop and save it inside the app. It might be not as good looking or as feature rich as Paste but it gets the job done efficiently. If you are looking for a simple clipboard manager which just works, give Arsclip a try.

10. Copy Space

Copy Space is quite different from Paste or the other clipboard managers on our list for that matter. Firstly, it follows a very different design language. It opens like a windowed app and does not live in the system tray. Once launched you can close the window and it will run in the background saving all your clips. It can also sync through Google Drive, however, it is a paid feature.

It is also the only app on this list which is available on Windows Store. With the launch of Windows 10 S, this might be the only option for a lot of users out there. However, it has a lot of catch-up to do if it wants to compete with our top picks. It severely lacks in functionality and there are bugs here and there. Sometimes, it just fails to save a clip. Selecting a clip and pasting it is also not very intuitive. As mentioned, it has lots to improve upon but it is an app worth keeping an eye on for the future.

The Best Clipboard Managers and Paste Alternatives You Can Use

You might think that you do not need an extra app and the inbuilt clipboard which comes with the OS is good enough for you. You would be wrong. It’s one of those tools you don’t know you need until you use it. The right clipboard manager will improve your productivity by reducing the loss of data and saving time. You might also feel that none of these apps are as good as Paste, but I would beg to differ. Firstly, apps on Windows and Mac follow a different design language. Also, all of them are free while Paste costs $14.99 on the App Store. Considering these facts I would say the clipboard managers on Windows are as good as their Mac counterparts. So, give them a try and do tell us in comments below which one you think is the best one for you.
